2026 Virginia early voting

2026 general election ballots by county and congressional district. Projected early-vote partisanship estimates the Democratic–Republican mix of ballots already reported, using each precinct’s 2025 governor mail and early in-person results. It is not a forecast of the final election result. Shift compares each area with its own final 2025 early-vote margin. A district can shift Democratic while its counties shift Republican if Democratic areas account for a larger share of its ballots.
